RETURN POLICY

To avail a return or replacement, customers must provide a full and clear opening/unboxing video of the parcel taken from the moment the package is sealed until the product is fully opened. This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly. Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placement, or product usage. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. AYURCURA reserves the right to review the evidence and approve or decline the return request based on policy guidelines.
